We currently ship within India only.

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS/Watsapp.

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Vidi’s, we want you to love what you wear.

  • We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Sale items and customized products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customers must share clear images of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
    Once verified from our end, we will schedule an exchange.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Exchanges (if applicable) will be processed within 8-10 business days.
